Took the Time to Get It Right

Pleasant interaction, with understandable suggestions t a non-tech-savvy person. Josh was very helpful, but ultimately only half of the problem was solved (I am sure he could have finished it out, but we left it for overnight). The ‘in-house’ problem was solved (power-out), but the ‘internet’ needed another call. Megan took over my computer and got it up-and-running. Thanks.
