You Get What You Pay For, and with J, We Receive More. J’s Staff Is Priceless to Our Organization.
I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and as it relates to J, we actually receive more. Over the past few years we invested in several new servers, a new backup solution, and additional hardware for our network. The key word to me is invest. I want to protect our investment and J’s team does an excellent job of monitoring the network and addressing issues that arise. J’s staff works around our schedule – including evenings and weekends – on mission critical issues so we have minimal downtime. That’s something we didn’t experience with other firms; it’s priceless to our organization. They are a great partner. I highly recommend J and his team.
