Volunteers Had Good Intentions, But Were Just Patching Things Together
“We had no I.T. service company. We were depending on volunteers from our church members, who had the best intentions, but they were just patching things together. There was no overall plan and everything was homemade solutions. I was spending hours doing help desk and tech support. After spending a week trying to work things out with AT&T, their tech said, “You really need some professional I.T. help. Call J – I.T. Outsource.” I now save so much time by not having to sit and work on someone else’s computer. And I know that whatever isn’t working will work once I call. Technology changes so quickly. We now have someone to talk about the future. Here at University Presbyterian Church we do the Lord’s work and we can depend on you to do the technical part.”
