Jessica Acosta, Help Desk Technician

Jessica aka Jess, is J – I.T. Outsource’s real Katniss Everdeen, and much like The Hunger Games archress, Jess is not afraid to step up and help her team succeed in the office. Her quick witted responses make her shine both through her work and her positive personality.

Jess never shies away from the unknown, and has a “volunteer as tribute” spirit to get the job done. Her past experience as an executive assistant is apparent in the way she creates solutions for J-I.T. Outsource clients. She can assess problems naturally and resolves technical problems like a pro.

As an avid bicyclist, Jess enjoys cycling competitions in Northern and Southern California. In 2015, just hours before marrying the man of her dreams, Jess completed a 50 mile ride. Jess and her husband Matthew also love riding motorcycles together, spending time with their dog and two cats, and also spending their summers at Hume Lake. When she’s not cycling around town or training for competitions, Jess spends most of her time reading a book. Jess says that she has lived over a thousand lives from reading books and if she didn’t read, she would only have lived once.
